Programs for Culinary Arts, Hotel and Tourism, and Foodservice
- The Hospitality Department at Manchester Community College offers you a choice of an associate degree or a certificate.
- The Foodservice Management program offers an associate’s degree preparing you for entry into the restaurant industry or the fields of healthcare, business and industry, or school and university foodservice.
- The Hotel and Tourism program offers an associate degree preparing you for entry into the hotel, tourism, convention and travel fields.
- The Culinary Arts program offers a one-year certificate preparing you for a career in commercial food preparation, restaurant ownership or catering.
- The Baker’s Certificate program offers a one-year certificate for a career in commercial baking, or bakeshop ownership.

Information Session/Culinary Tour
Tour the Culinary Arts Center while learning about program options in Hospitality. There will be plenty of time to answer all your questions. Please take the time to review our web pages of Hospitality program information to get the most out of your session.

There will be no tours in April Due to the college wide open house
The MCC College wide open house is April 19th from 4-7 pm. The Hospitality and Culinary Department will have a booth staffed with faculty to answer question about programs. There will be periodic tours of the Culinary Arts Center facility.
