Admissions

Welcome

Manchester Community College, founded in 1963, is an open admission college, offering over 90 associate of science and associate of art degrees and certificate programs. Student enrollment is approximately 15,000 (full and part time, credit and credit-free).

The 160-acre, beautifully wooded, state-of-the-art campus is easily accessible from I-291, I-84, and I-384 - just minutes from Hartford - with plenty of free parking.
In an effort to better serve our growing prospective transfer student population, every Wednesday, the Admissions Office will provide transfer students the opportunity to bring in official or unofficial transcripts and have them preliminarily evaluated, while you wait. We hope that this service will provide prospective transfer students with appropriate information to facilitate your enrollment at MCC.
