Contribution Levels

An Evening of Fine Wines is a production of the Manchester Community College Foundation, a non-profit organization. Your donation is tax exempt to the full extent allowed by law. Donations may be in cash or in the form of auction item(s), which are valued at the retail sale price(s). Checks should be made payable to the MCC Foundation. The 19th annual fundraiser will have an advertising deadline of February 25, 2011 for inclusion in the wine auction program at the following levels:

Contributor (Donations up to $249)
Contributors receive listing in the program.

Friend (Donations of $250 to $499)
Friends receive an 1/8-page ad in the program and listing in the program. Please provide ad layout including copy and/or line art (i.e., company logo) for advertisement. If your company is submitting an electronic mechanical, it must be camera-ready and 3-3/8" x 2-3/16", horizontal format.

Donor (Donations of $500 to $999)
Donors receive a 1/4-page ad in the program, listing in the program and two complimentary tickets. Please provide ad layout including copy and/or line art (i.e., company logo) for advertisement. If your company is submitting an electronic mechanical, it must be camera-ready and 3-3/8" x 4-5/8", vertical format.

Sponsor (Donations of $1,000 to $2,499)
Sponsors receive a 1/2-page ad in the program, listing in the program as a member of the Honorary Committee, two complimentary tickets, prominent mention at the event, and two invitations to the Champagne Reception.  Please provide ad layout including copy and/or line art (i.e., company logo) for advertisement.  If your company is submitting an electronic mechanical, it must be camera-ready and 7” x 4 5/8”, horizontal format.

Patron (Donations of $2,500 to $4,999)
Patrons receive a 3/4-page ad in the program, listing in the program as a member of the Honorary Committee, two complimentary tickets, prominent mention at the event, and two invitations to the Champagne Reception.  Please provide ad layout including copy and/or line art (i.e., company logo) for advertisement.  If your company is submitting an electronic mechanical, it must be camera-ready and 7” x 7 1/8”, vertical format.

Benefactor (Donations of $5,000 or more)
Benefactors receive a full page ad in the program, listing in the program as a member of the Honorary Committee, four complimentary tickets, prominent mention at the event, four invitations to the Champagne Reception, and sponsorship of two student scholarships named in honor of the Benefactor.  Please provide ad layout including copy and/or line art (i.e., company logo) for advertisement.  If your company is submitting an electronic mechanical, it must be camera-ready and 7” x  9 1/2”, vertical format.
