What you can accomplish at our career fair could take days on your own. Our event allows for you and employers to talk freely without the stress of a formal interview. Employers often use this initial meeting to decide who to contact for a follow-up interview. This is your chance to gain a competitive edge in the recruiting process.

Need Assistance in Your Job Search?

Our co-sponsor, the CT Department of Labor, will have their nationally-certified professional resume Wwriters on-site to review resumes and provide constructive feedback.  We also strongly encourage having a resume review prior to attending the Job Fair, which can be scheduled through the MCC Career Services Office.

How Should I Prepare for This Event?

Always dress as if you were going to an interview, but you may also come dressed in business casual. Jeans, shorts, tank tops, etc. are not recommended. Also, bring plenty of resumes, and visit all the recruiters at the event.
